Accessibility Statement

Nonstop Energy LLC wants everyone to be able to read this website and request a quote from it — including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, high-contrast settings, or a reduced-motion preference.

We build and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the standard we hold new work to, and the standard we measure existing pages against.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, and some parts of it do not yet.

We are actively auditing the site and fixing what the audit turns up. This statement is updated as that work lands.

The site is built with these things in place:

• semantic HTML with page landmarks and a heading structure you can navigate by
• every interactive control reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, in a sensible order
• a visible focus indicator on everything you can tab to
• colour contrast checked against the WCAG AA thresholds for text and for interface elements, on both the light and the dark surfaces
• text alternatives for images that carry meaning, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
• form fields with real labels, required fields marked in words, and errors reported in words beside the field they belong to
• motion reduced or removed when your system asks for it through the reduced-motion setting
• text that reflows and stays readable when the page is zoomed or viewed on a small screen

Every page also carries an accessibility panel, behind the round button in the bottom-right corner. It lets you step the text size from 100% up to 150% in 10% increments, switch the whole site to high contrast, swap the brand typefaces for a plain readable font with looser spacing, underline every link, stop all motion, and put a thick outline on whatever your keyboard is focused on. Your choices are remembered in your own browser and are applied before the next page you open is drawn. They are never sent to us and they identify nobody.

These are the limitations we currently know about. This list is short on purpose — it records what we know today, not everything an audit may find, and it will be updated.

• The 3D scenes and background animations are decorative. They carry no information, they are hidden from assistive technology, and nothing on the site depends on being able to see them.
• Motion is reduced when your system asks for reduced motion, and you can stop it yourself with “Reduce motion” in the accessibility panel. If any movement still plays that you would rather not see, tell us and we will remove it.
• The accessibility panel is published in all five site languages, but this statement and the other legal pages are in English only.

Accessibility of this website relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The pages are built to work in current versions of the major browsers, together with any assistive technology installed on your device.
