By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This website is operated by Nonstop Energy LLC, a California limited liability company with its office at 4900 California Ave #210-B, Bakersfield, CA 93309, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Nonstop Energy LLC, and “you” means anyone using the site.

Everything published here exists to help you understand what we supply. Product descriptions, specifications, moisture and ash figures, particle sizing, certifications, sourcing regions, lead times, and availability are indicative. They describe what we typically supply — not a commitment about any particular shipment.

Every sale is governed by a separate written purchase agreement between you and us. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement governs. Nothing on this site forms part of a contract by itself.

Sending a quote request creates no contract and no obligation on either side. It tells us what you are looking for so that we can respond.

A quotation we send back is an invitation to discuss terms, not an offer capable of acceptance. It becomes binding only when both sides sign a purchase agreement. We may decline any enquiry, and prices, specifications, and availability can change until an agreement is signed.

The content of this website — text, photographs, layout, graphics, code, and the Nonstop Energy name and logo — is owned by Nonstop Energy LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to read it, print it for your own use, and link to it. You may not copy it into your own materials, republish it, or use our name or logo without our written permission.

• use the quote form for spam, false or automated enquiries, impersonation, or anything unlawful
• present any part of the site as your own, or frame it in a way that misleads people about who published it

We may block access to anyone doing any of these, without notice.

Some pages link to sites we do not run — Google Maps and poly.pizza, for example. We link to them for convenience or to credit someone. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, current, or suitable for your purposes.

This section is about the website. Any warranty covering biomass we actually sell you is the one set out in the purchase agreement for that sale, and nothing on this page limits it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nonstop Energy LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or connected with your use of this website — whether the claim is brought in contract, tort, or on any other basis, and even if we had been told such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Liability arising out of an actual sale is dealt with in the purchase agreement for that sale.

If your use of this website breaks these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur because of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California, and both sides consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date and applies from the date it is posted. Using the site after that means you accept the change.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and the unenforceable part is applied as closely as possible to what it was meant to do.
