Privacy Policy

What you send us

The only place this website asks you for information is the quote form on our Contact page. It collects:

• your name
• your company, if you give one
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give one
• the products you are interested in
• your estimated quantity and how often you would need it
• your destination port or city
• anything you write in the message box

The form also carries one hidden field that no visitor ever sees. If it comes back filled in, the submission is discarded. That is automated spam filtering; it records nothing about you.

What is collected automatically

Like every website, this one is delivered by computers that keep records of the requests they answer. Our host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, and the date and time of the request — for security and operations. Our analytics tools record aggregated measurements: page views, the site that referred you, browser and device type, country, and how quickly pages loaded.

What we do not collect

There are no accounts and no login on this website. The site itself has no database and keeps nothing about you: what you type into the quote form travels to our email inbox and lives there, not here. We do not ask anywhere on this site for payment details, government identifiers, or any other sensitive information.

We use what you send us to:

• answer your quote request and keep talking to you about it
• prepare quotations, specifications, shipping arrangements, and export documentation for a possible order
• run the ordinary business — keeping records of enquiries, correspondence, and the shipments that follow
• keep this site secure, working, and fast, and to understand which pages are useful

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Your enquiry is read by the people at Nonstop Energy who handle sales. Three service providers are involved in getting it to them, each doing one job:

• Web3Forms — when you press send, your browser delivers the form contents directly to Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service. Web3Forms turns the submission into an email and sends it to our sales inbox.
• Google Workspace — our email is hosted on Google Workspace. Your enquiry, and the correspondence that follows, sit in that inbox.
• Vercel Inc. — our website is hosted by Vercel in the United States. Vercel keeps the server logs described above and provides our analytics.

If your browser cannot reach Web3Forms, the form falls back to opening your own email app with the request already written out. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press send yourself, and then it travels from your email provider to ours.

Beyond that, we disclose personal information only where the law requires it, or to professional advisers such as an accountant, freight forwarder, or lawyer where that is necessary to carry out the business you asked us about.

Nonstop Energy does not sell personal information and has never sold it. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not rent, trade, or add your contact details to marketing lists, and we do not pass them to data brokers.

This website sets no cookies of its own, and it does not store anything in your browser to identify you. The only things it will remember, and only if you set them yourself in the accessibility panel (the round button in the bottom-right corner of every page), are your accessibility preferences — text size, high contrast, readable font, underlined links, reduced motion, and highlighted focus. They are kept in your own browser, never sent to us, and they identify nobody. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to: no advertising tags, no marketing pixels, no social widgets, no cross-site trackers.

We use two measurement tools, both provided by our host:

• Vercel Web Analytics — counts page views and records the referring site, browser and device type, and country. It is cookieless and does not follow visitors to other websites.
• Vercel Speed Insights — records how quickly pages load and respond, so we can keep the site fast.

Both report in aggregate. Neither is used for advertising, and neither builds a profile of you.

Our typefaces are served from our own domain, so opening a page here makes no request to a font provider. Some pages do link out — to Google Maps for our address, and to poly.pizza to credit a 3D model. Those are ordinary links; the sites they open have their own privacy policies.

Quote requests and the correspondence that follows stay in our email system for as long as we need them for your enquiry and for any business relationship that comes out of it, and after that for as long as our tax, customs, and contract record-keeping obligations require. Server logs and analytics are held on our host’s ordinary retention schedule and are not kept in a form that identifies you.

If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email sales@nonstopenergy.us and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep a record of it.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete what we hold
• stop contacting you

Email sales@nonstopenergy.us and say which of those you want. There is no charge, and we will not treat you any differently for asking. Because this site has no accounts, we may need to confirm the request really came from you — usually by replying to the email address already on file.

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for how a website should answer one, so this website does not respond to Do Not Track signals differently from any other request.

What that signal asks for is that you not be tracked across other websites over time. This website does not do that in the first place, whether or not the signal is sent: it carries no advertising networks, no social widgets, and no cross-site trackers. We also do not allow any third party to collect personal information about your online activities across other websites through this site.

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights over your personal information:

• to know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to
• to receive a copy of that information
• to correct personal information that is inaccurate
• to have us delete personal information we hold about you
• to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we do not sell or share it, which is why you will find no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on this site
• to limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect any
• not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

The categories of personal information we collect are: identifiers (your name, email address, and phone number); commercial information (the products, quantities, frequency, and destinations you ask about); and internet or network activity information (the automatic technical data described above). We collect them for the business purposes described in this policy, and we disclose them only to the service providers named above.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@nonstopenergy.us or write to the address at the end of this policy. You may authorise someone to make a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof that you authorised them.

Nonstop Energy is based in the United States and our buyers are all over the world. If you contact us from outside the United States, the information you send is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws are different from the ones where you live.

Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@nonstopenergy.us. We handle those requests the same way for everyone rather than asking you to establish which law applies to you.

We process what you send us only for the purpose you sent it for: answering your enquiry and doing business with you.

This site exists so that businesses can buy biomass fuel. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email sales@nonstopenergy.us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. Enquiries arrive in an email account whose access is limited to the staff who handle enquiries and is protected by our email provider’s account security.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. What we can promise is that we do not collect more than we need and we do not keep it anywhere we do not have to.

When this policy changes we post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top of it. That date is how you can tell whether anything has changed since you last read it. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies to you.
